Bella Luna & Co is a family-owned business that sprouted from our love of dogs. We’ve always considered our pets as part of our family and are delighted to spread joy to pets and their families by offering high quality pet bandanas and human attire. All of our products are handmade by us! All designs are produced exclusively by the Bella Luna & Co team.

Shipping

• • All Bella Luna & Co products are made to order. Expect your items to ship within 7-10 business days. Processing time and shipping estimates are dependent on payment authorization. For more information on shipping to your address or International Shipping, please fill out our contact form.
  • Expedited shipping and rush order services are available. Please contact us through the contact form to notify us of your request.
  • Orders may be split if waiting on back-ordered materials and blank apparel. You will not be charged fees or extra shipping.

Product Restocking

• • If blank apparel associated with your order is on backorder or is being restocked, please expect up to a five (5) day delay. Your order may be canceled or refunded if your items is being discontinued. A team member may reach out to you via email to confirm that you are ok with the wait or offer you alternative options to process your order quickly.

Payment

• • Bella Luna & Co utilized the PayPal Business account to process all payments. This offers our clients purchasing protection and a robust selection of payment options. You do not need a PayPal account to pay via Mastercard, Discover, American Express, or Visa

Returns / Exchanges

• • We hope you love what you’ve ordered, but if there’s an issue or you’re not 100% satisfied, return your item(s) by mail using our self-serve return form. Returns/exchanges must be unused and initiated within 14 days of the purchase date. Bella Luna & Co items sell quickly, so contact us as soon as possible to make exchanges. All custom and clearance items purchased are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Please save the invoice you received with your package. It’s your receipt in case you need to return/exchange your item(s). Allow 2-4 weeks for processing returns/exchanges. Bella Luna & Co is not responsible for lost or damaged packages. Merchandise purchased with a credit card or store credit can be returned or exchanged by mail if you have your order confirmation and pre-authorized return form.
  • If you have an order number, you can easily use our self-serve return form. Fill out the fields on the return card (you can find here) and fill out the online return form at xxxxxxx. A pre-authorization form and confirmation number will be provided via email. Pack your return securely, in the original package if possible, and include your completed return form. Do not tear off the bottom of the invoice. We need the entire form to identify the order. Choose your preferred shipping method; we recommend using one that can be insured and tracked. Bella Luna & Co is not responsible for lost or damaged packages. You will not be reimbursed for original or return postage. You will not receive a refund for your return until we receive your returned item. Allow 2-4 weeks for processing and up to 7 business days to receive your credit.

EXCHANGES – Email us at info@bellaluna.shop, and we’ll quickly place an exchange order for you. If you have an order number, you can easily use our self-serve return form. We do not offer free shipping, return labels, or reimbursement for packaging or shipping fees for exchanged items. We will cover postage fees for your replacement items. If there is a difference in cost between sizes or item(s) you are exchanging, Bella Luna & Co will refund the difference. If your exchange item costs more than the initial purchase, then you are required to make payment before the exchange.

• • EXCEPTIONS: 
    • Custom Made / Personalized – Anything custom made or personalized cannot be returned or exchanged. 
    • Clearance – All sales are final and cannot be returned or exchanged. 
    • Gift Cards – Cannot be returned
    • Seasonal & Holiday Apparel – All seasonal and holiday apparel purchased are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Refunds: We’ll process your credit as soon as we receive your returned merchandise in our warehouse. Depending on the bank’s policy, it can take up to 7 business days if in the U.S. and 14 business days if international, from the date of the order cancellation. You will not be reimbursed for your original or return postage. Shipping surcharges are not refundable currently. There is also a 15% restocking fee.

Designs

• • Customizations: We currently do not offer customizations. Due to our printing process it makes it very difficult to make individual changes such as names, custom dates, etc.
  • Limited Edition: Many of our fabrics are offered as limited edition due to limited quantities from our supplier. We will try to restock popular items but cannot guarantee. Be sure to snatch them while you can!
  • Seasonal / Holiday Apparel: We will have limited runs of season and holiday apparel (bandanas, dog apparel, materials/prints, and human apparel). These will likely be featured for a short time during a season or holiday; therefore, they may only be offered once a year. Please note that due to this we do not accept returns/returns on the seasonal and holiday items.

Design Request / Ideas: We do accept requests and ideas that we can offer all our customers! Please send us message via our “contact us form” to have your idea considered!

Sizing

• • Bandana sizing – We offer various sizes to accommodate small and large pets. To determine the best size, measure your pet’s neck circumference with soft tape. Ensure you can place at least two fingers comfortably underneath for a comfortable and safe fit. Refer to the sizing chart on each product page for more detail. 

• • Baby Bib Bandana sizing – Bella Luna & Co baby bib bandanas fit most babies from age 0-24 months. Constructed with a 3-inch hook and loop closure, it offers easy adjustments for your growing baby!
  • Self-tie headbands sizing – One size fits most adults. They are constructed at between 30-31 inches long, allowing room to tie a small knot to secure.
  • Unisex t-shirt sizing – Shirts run true to size but recommend if you are uncertain or feel in-between sizes to size up. Shirts are 100% cotton unless they are noted as tri-blend (which is a cotton/poly blend). Please refer to the sizing chart on the product page for more detail.
